Four Points Resort - Anuradhapura

Staff was really friendly, we got to taste the fresh mango juice from their garden ,Room was comfy I specially liked their relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is surrounded with trees and flowers feels like you are in the jungle. Perfect place to enjoy with your families

Not clean ,bad staff,

It’s a pleasant place near the town… Ideal location if you’re looking for a calm and quiet place with modern facilities. Comfortable and specious bed rooms. Staff members were very friendly and hospitality is great. Manager was a friendly person who takes care of the guests and attend to their needs. Overall a nice stay and enjoyable experience.

Location and the views were truly peaceful and beautiful. Great place to unwind!

To be bit maintained but value for money

This is extremely dirty place to stay. Our bathrooms were not cleaned , there were no hand soaps and mold on the ceiling. There were dead cockroaches as well. Photos on Expedia are probably from when the hotel started. But, the condition is not like this anymore.

Propreté de la piscine, personnel sans expérience, trop nombreux et ne sachant pas s’organiser pour être à l’heure pour le petit déjeuner. Nappes de la veille salles redressées le lendemain. Personnel parlant difficilement l’anglais.
