Four Points Resort - Anuradhapura

The hotel have engaged a new consultant to improve staff service. Throughout our stay we noted improvement in staff service as this consultant helped the staff.

Aardig personeel en zwembad

Luidruchtig tot na 00.00 en het ontbijt en avondeten waren erg matig en soms koud. Personeel doet z’n best maar moet beter opgeleid worden

De neef van de eigenaar heeft ons aller vriendelijkst geholpen en ons zelfs weg gebracht naar een volgende plek. Het exterieur van het hotel. Prachtige schilderingen.

Personeel spreekt geen Engels. War er op de menu kaart stond was niet verkrijgbaar. En de badkamer was ronduit smerig. Geen badlaken voor het zwembad en geen wifi.

The staff was really nice and flexible.

The pool wasn’t in very good condition. I think that was the chlorine. May be a temporary issue.

Belle chambre spacieuse pour 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) avec 1 lit king, 1 lit queen et un lit simple. Salle de bain complete et propre. Belle piscine ombragée même si l'eau n'était pas tres limpide. Nous etions totalement seuls aussi bien au diner qu'au petit dejeuner ce qui nous a étonné etant donne la taille de la structure. Personnel très disponible. Le petit-déjeuner quoique complet et très ordinaire et pourrait être de meilleure qualité.

I like the location

staff is not cooperative. showers and other bathroom facilities are not up to the standards it's not worth of money they charged. I am disappointed
