We loved everything

Zwembad is echt fantastisch. Vele zwembaden in de Filipijnen gezien maar er geen gebruik van gemaakt omdat het water mistig was. Dit zwembad is helemaal helder! En schoon.

De logeer gebouwen zijn uit staal opgetrokken. Dus erg gehorig. Sommige kamers roken muf. Heb ik dus ook geweigerd want muf associeer ik met schimmel.

Mattress was too hard

You gaurd at gate rudest person I ever met . Fire him useless . We went to wrong gate . Apparently for people who live there. Told me to back up told him im 83 not good at backing up can you open gate an I go around . He would not . Then he got rude because I said I not good at going backward . Then he told us to back to are country . I got out an he wanted to fight . Are you kidding me . I will tell all my friends not to go herein belive me my son owns three bars one in argao two in cebu will post how bad they . Then went to reception booked with bookin dot Com told me they not find my reservations. Since im old my son reboots a pays for everything. So I went to eco resort half your price an great pool .

Staff exceptional, friendly, respectful and efficient. Entrance security guard. Buggy transport within the resort, very welcome transporting suitcases to and from room, and to avoid walking in searing heat. Rooms clean and spacious. Superb television with netflix, youtube and prime, great films, great reception. Shower clean and efficient. Courteous room cleaning / supply staff every morning, would clean whole room and replace bedding if required, or just deliver plenty of bottled water, towels, toiletries etc. with a smile. Breakfast very good, designated building by accommodation very convenient. Food and drinks available throughout the day at the restaurant. Evening restaurant meals good, periodic evening outside buffets very good. Some evening musician entertainment by restaurant. Resort spacious and well laid out and designed, buildings attractive, a touch of spanish colonial style. Exceptional seaview pool, warm and open at night illuminated with multiple colour changing lights. Poolside food and drink service until 10.00pm. Toilets / changing / showers near pool. Was easy to extend stay.

External facades of room buildings in need of some TLC. Most appear to be built with wrought iron structures which are rusting. Room partitions very thin, so could hear noise from loud TV / discussions in adjoining room, not good, Vertical shower pipe detached from wall, just part of the TLC which is likely needed soon. External air conditioning units at the rear of our accommodation, with aluminium or similar hoods, one above the other on three floor levels, with continous irritating dripping / at times cascading water noise in our room due to condensation (and rain) water falling from the upper unit down on to the hood below, then down on to our hood, since we were on the ground floor, was disturbing. Poolside beach reached by steps very disappointing, simple a dirty pebble / rock strewn area under water at high tide, with much debris brought in, no proper sand beach to relax on, When we were there the sea turned a murky brown due to eroded land being carried into it by the Argao river in consequence of episodic rain floods (global warming!) not of course a matter under the control of the resort.

Dinner Buffet was good plus entertainment.

Breakfast spread was too limited.
