The reception/pool is very far from the room. Very inconvenient as we have a toddler and a senior citizen. Shuttle is NOT ALWAYS AVAILABLE. OPINION: NOT A GOOD STYLE TO HAVE THE ENTRANCE OF THE RECEPTION TO HAVE THE SAME ENTRANCE OF YOUR TENT EVENT PLACE. Example: What if there is an event going. Then the guest is done with swimming. The guest will use the same Route pathway going to the shuttle drop off. The place has NO TELEPHONE and its very inconvenient to get help or information from the reception. WIFI: With your Rate, WIFI should be sufficient for guest. PET: there is NO notice provided that you will be paying for bring your PET. STAFF: it looks like MAAYO ARGAO is lacking with Staff.
