amazing apartments - Cables Wynd near The Shore - Free Parking

Spacious, very clean. Comfortable sofas and beds. Well equipped kitchen. Bathrooms were clean and amenities provided. Easy check in and check out process. Host had provided basic amenities like sugar, salt, pepper, milk. Juice. Easily accessible to tram and bus. Has car parking that we did not use though.

Some of the pans in kitchen could be upgraded. (Apartment 6) Lock to main front door of the building bit difficult to navigate.

Door handles and locks were almost all damaged from wear and tear and difficult to use. It’s an easy fix but no one had taken the time to fix them. We got locked into bedrooms multiple times as the door handles wouldn’t work but fortunately there were others in the place to let us out. We were a family of five staying for 8 nights but staff had only provided amenities as though we were a family of four for 2 - 3 nights.

Spacious place, had everything we needed. Clean and organised. Free parking was great.

One of the chairs was a bit broken, but it wasn’t a big deal.

Communications from the accommodation provider were excellent - both prior and during our stay. The lift was an added bonus, as the property is on the third floor. The Welcome Pack was very good.

Unfortunately, there were no instructions for the cooker, and that meant that we struggled to get the grill to work, but eventually managed it. This was the only 'missing' documentation - but easy to rectify. The TV screen is indelibly marked, but this generally did not impact on the enjoyment of the TV.

Location close to tram and AMAZING restaurants! Tesco is right down the street. Everything was exactly as described and very well equipped. I found our contact person to be extremely helpful and very professional. We highly recommend this property !

Great location and accommodations. Very good communication from the owner before and during our stay. The showers had good water pressure and were able to get to a nice hot temperature. The beds were comfortable. My family and I would definitely stay here again :)
