amazing apartments - Cables Wynd near The Shore - Free Parking

During a family trip, we spent seven nights at this apartment. The apartment has everything we need to feel at home, as we discovered. The rooms are roomy, the furnishings are contemporary, and the paintings are thoughtfully chosen. A nonstick fry pan could be added. The location is only fifteen minutes from the city centre, and Tesco is only a two-minute walk away. You will find all kitchen necessities organised and of high quality. Overall, we thought this flat was really amazing. If we ever return to Edinburgh, we'll most definitely stay here again.

The kitchen pots and pans were not good they were really scratched and need to be replaced and there was no kitchen foil

The beds were very comfortable. Rooms were generous and the apartment was very clean. Access to the apartment was easy and as described. It is straightforward to get into the city from this location, especially if you are happy with a 30 -45 minute walk, which we were. The buses were fine once we had worked them out but due to extensive roadworks at the moment, buses are currently very infrequent. I think this will be much improved soon. All in all, this was a great apartment for us.

Nothing in particular. I was a bit confused that the property managers insisted on my husband's email address to send the apartment access details. This was really odd (and a bit irritating) given that I had booked and paid for the apartment and my husband had had nothing to do with it! What is the rationale? I assume there must be something in the initial booking form that leads to this situation inadvertently and apart from that we were really very happy with everything.

Very spacious flat, well equipped, with contemporary decoration. Bus stops very close and then it takes 15 to 20 minutes to reach the town center. Great expresso maker and milk frother. We arrived a bit before check in time but where able to leave our luggage in the flat. Great when you arrive by car as there is a carpark. After visiting the Britannia Royal Yacht, we walked to the shore (around 15 minutes, maybe les) and had dinner at a restaurant there. It was just a short walk then to the flat.

Well equipped, good location. Looks exactly as the pictures.

Wasn’t so clean, we had a few allergic people in the group and they could feel the dust. The building smells humidity and the ventilation in the unit is not so good, even opening the windows.
