Silky Oak Cottage

It was a beautiful little cottage on good size block of land which was well maintained . Open firer place with heaps of fire wood . Very clean and great beds .Actually has two showers and two toilets which is very handy . Siting on the deck which goes all around the cottage was great for sunset and great to sit out and have a coffee or beer later in the day .

There was nothing I could complain about in the house .The only thing that got me of side a bit is when I rang the agency a couple off days before for some information and found the Lady I spoke to a bit short .It doesn't cost anything to be helpful or polite .

Beautiful cottage with a cosy fireplace! Great location close to wineries. We stayed as a group of friends so the multiple beds and baths were convenient.

No wi-fi, great to disconnect but a lot of people couldn't pick up mobile coverage so they were cut off.

site had poor signposting out the front, google maps takes you to next door down a long driveway, had to walk 50m from parking to front door- bad for elderly, bad in bad weather, especially at night with poor lighting, end bedroom door kept locking requiring effort to open, air conditioning was poor, no internet

The property was very clean and tidy! We loved the feel and character of the place.

We enjoyed brunch at Enzo Cafe. We loved seeing the kangaroos on the property.

I thought the place could have been a little cleaner. Bit of dust, sticky tables.

The location was great. The open fire place was very nice.

No laundry facilities at property made it very difficult for a family travelling. No sign at the property or number on the property at the road side therefore drove past many times searching for entry. Called the company and was told there is a sign with no further help. Eventually just opened up random gates and searched for house. No WiFi Having to park your car 50m from the house and cart luggage across to house. Hot water cylinder won't allow any more than 10 minutes of showers therefore a family member is going without until evening.
