Breakfast was great! Rooms were clean.

Door to room locked when closed, but the turn-lock to further secure the door was broken and would not turn to lock the door. There were visible signs that the door jam had been tampered with, pried open or attempted to have been pried open, at some point prior to our arrival. This made me feel unsafe. Room was tiny - not at all how it was advertised!!!!!!

"3 months in advance & they still didn't honor reservation"

Made a reservation months in advance, knowing campus is busy at that time. Notified the hotel the night of check in we would be very late as our son broke his back and was in emergency room. Several calls to make sure they kept our room, but by the time we went to check in at 11 pm, they said they had no room for us, were very rude and called the cops on us. We're sure they sold our room for a much higher rate. Follow up calls with corporate Hyatt and they refused to do anything. Told us to deal with manager on site. Manager sad their records didn't match what we said. You think ! Sure that the night clerk did a CYA that night. Ridiculous, Hyatt is the WORST!

"Very happy! Most everything was a 10..."

Overall, a great experience. Rooms were, clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower door and gasket needed some minor improvement to retain water better and appearance.
