Clean and breakfast was decent.

Room needs upgrades!!! No USB ports. No way to watch streaming service like Netflix. Luckily we brought a charging block and an IPad.

This was our first time staying at a Hyatt House. We were very impressed from the moment we walked in to the hotel! The front desk agent was very friendly and professional, offering quality service. Our room as well as the overall hotel, was very clean and smelled good. Our breakfast was delicious with a great variety of foods to choose from. The kitchen layout was well organized and easy to get around. The breakfast staff and housekeepers we encountered in the hallways were nice and welcoming. Our room was very spacious and modern! Very well laid out and plenty of charging stations for any type of device. The best part of the entire stay can be summed up in 1 word: CLEAN! We will definitely look for more Hyatt Houses on our travels!

Bar was not open or in operation. Room had to be verified and checked if ready well after checkin. Countertops and surfaces were not cleaned. Otherwise, everything was great.

I stay at Hyatt House Bryan/College Station regularly for business travel, and I can confidently say this property consistently delivers an outstanding experience. The location is excellent—conveniently within walking distance of Target and Shipley Donuts, which makes extended stays even more comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. Every team member is a 10 out of 10, but Courtney deserves special recognition. She is friendly, helpful, and always present—truly my saving grace during my stays. The rooms are consistently clean and well-maintained. The beds are very comfortable, the water is always hot with great pressure, and everything feels thoughtfully prepared for guests. Breakfast is another highlight. It is always well-stocked, the area is clean and attended to, and the food is genuinely good. The cook is especially kind and always checks in to see if guests need anything, which adds a personal touch you don’t often find. It is surprisingly rare to find a hotel that delivers this level of consistency, but Hyatt House Bryan does exactly that. I have been staying here at least once a month since 2023, and even after trying other hotels in the area, none compare. Highly recommend for both short and extended stays.
