The check in process was horrible. The man at the front desk didn't know what he was doing and the process took over 35 minutes. A lady also interrupted while he was checking us in and he started helping her, which slowed things down even more. We checked in around 12:30am and just wanted to get into the room after a day of traveling. He said he was going to keep our passports over night until I argued with him and then he gave them back. I do not recommend this place to ANYONE.

The hotel is new and everything is as you would expect. The bed is very comfortable. The fitness is excellent.

Staff very helpful and response very the fast for the request. Kudos for ms. Suraida (if i remember her name correctly) for suggesting attraction and nice/chaper price driver for us. overall, recommend for other who look for valuable and strategic location.nice breakfast as well.

Excellent staff and excellent service!! I have Booking room with balcony and got a room with “French balcony” So I talk with the manager” Baki” He was a very nice man and he took us to a room with a balcony no No charge Which made the hotel stay much better

我們是凌晨到酒店，前台非常好給我們很快速安排房間還有給我們很多提醒。早餐從6:30-10:30am，雖然款式不多可是很舒服，東西也不錯，住了四天每天都有換一點新的，只是烤麵包的機器壞了要用另一個烤。泳池也不錯很舒服也很乾淨。酒店設備也是很新很乾淨，一進去就給人很舒服的感覺。 酒店如果走去江西冷大約需要20分鐘，坐tuktuk起碼200up 巴東地區都是這樣。 酒店就在天皇秀附近，樓下有按摩店洗衣店還有family mart，按摩好像是150baht （我沒去過不知如何）。可是我強烈推薦走15分鐘可到的lets relax！ 超級舒服！ 酒店裡基本是俄羅斯人居多，而且一點小提醒，check in 需要給5000泰銖現金的押金，退房的時候會退的。 總結來說，按乾淨不潮濕食物環境都不錯的酒店來說，性價比是很高了。

干净位置好，安静，距离江西冷15分钟步行，距离海滩步行10分钟，路口的路边摊可以尝尝，炸鸡不错，完了

Very good trip and stay

Excellent Hotel for the rating it has, just far enough from the hustle and bustle yet close enough if you fancy that night out. Breakfast was good, but could do with a bit more vegetarian options, but i didn't go hungry. I would definitely stay here again
