La atención por parte del personal fue extraordinaria. La habitación amplia, cómoda y con todo lo necesario para estar a gusto. La experiencia de ponerse los ropajes, bajar al Onsen, bañarse en el exterior y con vistas a las montañas no tiene precio. Por no hablar del espectáculo de cena y desayuno... algo alejado del centro quizás (subiendo una cuesta), pero a nosotras no nos supuso ningún problema.

Very peaceful hotel and incredibly welcoming staff. We had the quadruple room with private onsen, the Sakura Room, which had a private onsen on a balcony overlooking a Sakura - perfect in the spring! The public onsen was also very clean and peaceful, essentially empty at 9pm, and the lounge with the complimentary tea was a great place to rest after the onsen. Also a wonderful experience trying the traditional tatami mat flooring and futon beds. Worth the price tag!

It is up the hill from the main street and station, which was a bit of a struggle with our luggage, but they offer a shuttle for ¥200pp

Fantastic and authentic experience. Staff very attentive, zero language barriers. The room was great and the food excellent. The public bath was nice. Definitely, somewhere we'd return

The access is not super-easy, specially if you carry big luggage, but if you're patient you can take a bus to get to the hotel door from the station.
