Great location, quiet , very friendly and welcoming staff

Lack of cleanliness in room in particular let it down. Cobwebs, dust floor not hovered properly, bathroom sink not cleaned properly. Also shower almost impossible to use due to location with heavily sloping roof. (I’m 6 2, but my partner also struggled and she is a good few inches shorter)

Absolutely EVERYTHING! I couldn’t wait to get back to write a review. This B&B really has everything. Kerb appeal. The pub is opposite for food & drink. Not a massive choice. However, there will be something for everyone to enjoy. The pub is dog friendly😃 We stayed in Stable 3 with hot tub! And 😮 absolutely stunning room. These guys really do think of everything. No expenses spared. Everything you see on the tea tray is quality products. Fresh water ( both still & sparkling) hot chocolate,milk sugar and coffee bags. There was a snug next door. They had a fridge in there with fresh milk. You are allowed to store some items in there too. There were fresh cakes( Victoria sponge was excellent) for guests to enjoy. Iron ironing board. Books and a lovely sofa to chill on if you like. We had a beautiful welcome box made up which consisted of Ale, crisps a keyring and other items. A bottle of prosecco on arrival. It’s the small things in life🫶🏻 The most comfortable bed with beautifully fresh linen and all so clean. The bathroom is very well equipped with a sensational roll top bath. Seriously we had everything. The one tiny issue we had was my friend stood on a rusty nail at back of hot tub. Apart from that. This place is HIGHLY recommended for a comfortable scenic stay. Both the ladies we met who work there were so friendly.

The house was well situated and interesting historically and architecturally. Our room (stable 2) was really comfortable with a lovely bathroom and communial area . The breakfast was exceptional and we were well looked after.

There was nothing we did not like except, as we were late arriving, getting our large car into the parking space! (took three goes lol!)

Quite location close to shop and the pub for somewhere to eat. Breakfast as always was lovely

Lovely and clean. Lovely landing with comfortable seating with fresh cake and nibbles. Fridge with fresh milk for drinks . Lovely comfortable bed with a large bathroom. Owners was lovely and friendly they do a very nice breakfast menu. We both had cooked breakfast and could not fault anything

Nothing to not like other than having to go home

The staff were very welcoming and our stay was very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, with our dietary requirements happily catered for and the bed was very comfy. We picked the location as a good spot to both explore the coast and visit the city of Norwich and it was perfect.

The rain kept us out of the hot tub so we might need to come back!

Nothing to complain about. Breakfast choices excellent and food good quality. Nice little touches around the premises. Would have no hesitation in returning.
