Great location, comfortable room, good facilities

The building was lovely. The location is great for getting into Wroxham and Norwich. The room was lovely and the king size bed comfortable . The breakfast was excellent, with a choice of freshly baked croissant or pain au chocolate. The owners and staff were lovely. I would definitely recommend Ye olde Saddlery.

A-ma-zing place to stay in Norfolk. What did I like? Everything. The friendly hosts, the great cozy room, the comfy bed, the clean bathroom, the welcome package and goodies, the communal lounge, and the sensational, delicious cooked breakfast... one of the best B&Bs I have ever been to.

I didn't have breakfast on this occasion as I had to leave by 7:30 but the b and b was clean and comfortable

Great breakfasts, lovely room and ideally situated for my needs.

Hosts very accommodating, polite and friendly. Excellent breakfast choices, and the little extras (toiletries, towels, tea making facilities in the room, plus those available in the lounge area, home made cakes, fresh milk) were a nice touch, as too the welcoming pack left at reception on our arrival.

Sadly, the very low ceiling and beams made for awkward standing, and bumping of heads. Situated on a blind bend, so extreme due care and attention needed when driving as parking for the property is at the rear off a side turning.
