Large, clean room with nice view. Good quality linen. Kettle with tea and coffee. Water pressure excellent. Bathroom didn’t have the musty smell so many in Sri Lanka seem to.

Literally the most magical view of Nuwara Eliya from their lawn! Beautifully maintained lawn. The bathroom was spotlessly clean, though room could be better. Great warm water pressure in the morning. 15 minute Tuk tuk ride to city center. Helpful staff.

The rest of the carpeted victorian vibe is nice-ish but would suggest the management to change the upholstered bed headboards in the room. Because no matter how hard your staff tries, it is always going to be dusty and might dampen experience of your guests.

It was the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. Excellent views from the hotel. Staff were very friendly and attentive. We had lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel and they were the best meals we had. We thanked the chef personally.
