Clean and spacious rooms.

Bathroom taps didn’t really work. One was OOO and the other was barely a trickle. Had a bit of a communication issue with whomever was on the other side of WhatsApp managing our stay.

I never met anyone responsible for the hostel. There isn’t a reception, and the woman texted me just before I arrived saying that she had to leave and had put the key in a mailbox. The Wi-Fi connection was not the one provided in the instructions in the room, and only after I texted her again to say that it wasn’t working did she send me the correct network and password. I also had no towels when I arrived. Only after a full day, when I returned to the hostel, did I find a plastic bag with two towels at my room's door. The room was not the one I had booked, but I couldn’t ask to change it because there was nobody there to speak to. There was a roll of paper under the bed that came out when I opened the window, and there were hair clips on the floor of the room. The common areas weren’t clean either, especially the shower. But the worst part is that I travelled for work, so I needed an invoice for my company to reimburse the expenses. The listing on Booking says that the hostel provides invoices. I requested one before arriving and again during my stay, but I was ignored several times. They finally replied and said they would provide it, but guess what, they didn’t. The morning I left, they stopped replying to my messages altogether. At this point, I actually think they’ve blocked me. Moreover, the atmosphere in the building isn’t pleasant, as the neighbours in the other apartments seem to be fed up with the presence of the hostel. Absolutely overpriced. I would surely avoid it.

It was overall a decent place, the rooms were sweet

The kitchen equipment was fine but the cabinets with the stuff inside smelled pretty bad. Also: Unfortunately we got another room than we booked. The one we got was only half the size and also in another price range. When pointing that out to the landlord, she said she had to talk to her sister but we could stay in the assigned room for now. We did agree to stay there for our whole stay but asked back for the money difference. After that she ghosted us for our whole stay and also afterwards. I think that lacks a lot of professionalism and so I wouldn’t really recommend this accommodation://

Roupa de cama suja, casa de banho suja e com cabelo. Não é nada como na foto. 4andar sem elevador. Tudo velho e nada aconchegante. Fiquei extremamente envergonhado ao chegar no local. Pior experiência que eu já tive.

Por ser um hostel, os hóspedes respeitam horário e não fazem barulho. Tinha cozinha então isso ajuda bastante para quem quer cozinhar

Não fomos recepcionados no check in, não tivemos orientações necessárias, tivemos que pedir troca de toalhas, o quarto em 9 dias não foi limpo, quando chegamos matamos uma barata na cozinha, não tinha tampa do lixo na cozinha por isso vem barata Tivemos que ficar avisando que o papel higiênico acabava Muitas vezes mandavam mensagem e demorava para ter resposta. Quando fechei não havia informação que era um hostel e que ficava no 4 andar e não tinha elevador
