A terribly dirty place. Due to the unacceptable and unsanitary conditions, we had to cut our stay short. The reasons for our early departure are as follows: Poor hygiene: The hotel room was extremely poorly cleaned. The floor was dirty, and the light fixtures were covered in a thick layer of dust. Since my partner has asthma, the stay was untenable for him. Additionally, the tabletop was broken. Poor condition of the bed: The bed was damp, and the mattresses were severely sagging, with noticeable indentations, which compromised our comfort at night. Lack of privacy: The window of our room was only one meter away from the neighbors’ window, providing a direct view of their bed. Unacceptable condition of shared bathrooms: The shared bathrooms and showers had not been cleaned. The faucets were corroded by rust and black mold. Furthermore, one of the men’s restrooms was locked, and the floor of the other restroom was wet and heavily permeated with the smell of urine. We never saw the owner. We voiced our complaints to the owner, hoping to resolve the issue together, but never received a response from her. We have filed an official complaint with Booking. The same photos uploaded here have also been sent to Booking.

Après ma réservation confirmée, je reçois un appel pour me dire que le ou la hote annule ma réservation sous prétexte que mon vol arrivait trad. Je n'ai pas été remboursé même si j'ai pris la peine d'appeler l appropriétaire et m'avoir promis qu'elle le fera. 1 semaine après toujours rien. Tirez vos conclusions
