Cambria Hotel Boston Downtown - Seaport

Staff was very friendly andhelpful except for one young lady when we checked in.Maybe new or just having a bad day. Clean comfortable room. Good alc.

No restaurant or bar. It has been run by 3rd party person. Just locked up and left. Not the hotel's fault though. Very few outlets, no SUB!

We stayed 2 nights, the room was clean and comfortable, we did have very noisy heating/cooling system, it was housed in a cupboard in the room which on the first night wasn’t locked, noisy but we still slept ( it helped we were knackered) the second night it was locked and it did make it less noisy! The restaurant had recently closed so first night no breakfast was available then it reopened on our second morning so we tried it, it had everything you’d want and was ok. The hotel was a bit out of the tourist area so it was a taxi ride into the centre. All in all it was a very nice stay.

De kamers zijn klein voor de prijs, als je de de airco aanzet heb je een tornado op de kamer. De wifi is redelijk, als je het stabiel werkend krijgt. Niet op aan te sluiten na de eerste keer en geen enkele hulp van de medewerkers om dit werkend te krijgen. Het ‘ontbijt’ dat er bij zit is een ware schande, wat slordig gesneden brood, hompen kaas op een bord, een broodrooster en slechte koffie, terwijl er wel een goed apparaat voor beschikbaar is in de ontbijtzaal.

The way they handled security deposit and payment. It took a month to get our security deposit back. We stayed at over 25 places and this was the only one that had this issue so they must be doing something different to the rest.

Hotel is in not the best neighborhood, did not feel safe at night. Reception not professional untrained not helpful.Internet did not work in room … took a long time and complicated manner to fix it. In the morning promised breakfast as advertised in elevator 7-11 am was not served…. Restaurant was closed. Rooms were clean and bathrooms standard comfort. Our friends stay in Cambria in Portland and told us they will never stay again in Cambria.We traveled internationally but this was worse.

Great hotel. Very clean, spacious rooms, Staff is very nice. Car was easily parked and accessible at any time. Will come again to this hotel.

Overall we had a great experience. To be clear, it seemed like everyone was stressed. The bar was closed, the place was full of weddings for a long weekend. You had the sense that people were at capacity and the infrastructure was strained, but the staff was reliably incredible. People consistently went above and beyond to be flexible and accommodating, with a special shout out to Sunny at the desk.

Room was small but nice and clean. Great shower. Dont use the stairways to go get your ice 😆. Parking is expensive, better get a parking somewhere else. Windows are openable 👍

It was fine, nothing exceptional

Tiny tiny rooms. And the bathroom had a glass door so turning on the bathroom light made everyone wake up because it was so bright
