Great customer service, very nice property - both the little condo which was fully equipped with everything one might need, especially the full fledged kitchen, and the grounds which were kept spotless, unbeatable location, very good value for money in Maui, walking distance to beautiful beaches. Nice vibe to it.

A very minor thing but it would be great if some items (i.e., beach umbrellas) were consistently available as currently one may or may not be put away in a beach closet location on the balcony depending on which property you end up assigned to. Wi-Fi was patchy in bedroom.

We had the most amazing stay at Kamaole Sands! The grounds are stunning — lush tropical plants, swaying palms, and bright flowers make every walk feel like a little escape. There’s also a lovely pool and a very nice barbecue area, perfect for relaxing afternoons. The beach is just steps away, and the condo was well-equipped with everything we needed for a day by the water. Inside, the newly renovated condo was beautifully designed with warm hardwood furniture, elegant finishes, and thoughtful touches throughout, making it feel cozy, inviting, and full of charm. Mornings on the lanai with coffee and evenings watching the sunset were pure magic. We’ll definitely be back!

Location, comfortable and clean. Staff is very nice. 3 pickle ball courts. Grilling stations very clean and a great place to meet people while you’re grilling out.

We usually stay at resorts that have at least a restaurant pub or a pool side bar. This place does not have that. A lot of retired people stay/live there there with their families visiting with children. The scene is a little boring, but it is a resort that rents out apartments.

Location was great

Our first night there was no hot water to take a bath. Staff could not do anything until next day! Next morning front desk called to say maintenance is on their way to the unit but didn't show up until hour later.
