Nice location, we had a spacious apartments with a view to the ocean.

Cleanliness needs to be improved. It is a lovely place but the cleanliness does not make it justice. Piles of dust and sand on the floors.

Room outdated and some repairs needed. It was surface level clean but felt like it neeeed a deep clean. Had to call multiple times to get someone to unclog the shower drain, it was unusable for 3 days trying to get someone to come fix it. I wa la told someone would come then we’d come back and it wasn’t fixed, that’s happened twice. The air conditioning units were sooo loud in our unit. If you are sensitive to sound, it is awful. Was wearing earplugs the whole time we had to have them running.

We were right across from the beach and it was walking distance to lots of amenities.

The staff was terribly unhelpful and completely unaccommodating and gave us every excuse in the book. I requested accommodation on Booking for nine adults and two children. We were assigned two condos, the large one was very nice and bougie; the smaller one-bedroom condo was old and very outdated. The disparity among the two were very disheartening. The people in the crummy apartment felt gypped.
