Beautiful accommodation and a wonderful holiday.

Could not check into our room as it wasn't ready. As the room wasn't ready unable to hold our luggage, but that is probably accommodation policy.

Location, beautiful property

Old. Not as clean and new as would be preferred.

the beach, pool, grounds and location were great. There were public barbaques and tables that were kept sparkling clean -it was a lovely feature.

The rooms (floors) were dirty. Two of the units had wires hanging out of the ceiling where smoke detectors were supposed to be. We had rented 4 units. One unit was the unit from hell. It needed tons of maintenance. Two of the three AC units and the ceiling fan were not working. The other AC in the loft of that same unit worked but not well so the whole unit was very hot. My son and daughter in-law had been placed in that unit. When they first entered, there were puddles of water on the floor in the bedroom where the broken AC was running water down thru the ceiling. Everything was soaked in that closet and the room smelled like mold from the water that had gotten into the wall. I believe it had been leaking for awhile. It was a very poor first impression. When they tried to take a shower the drain was plugged solid. The chairs around the table had loose seats-two were lying on the floor when we arrived. Closet doors had broken hinges and the freezer door on the fridge was hitting the wall when you tried to close it because it had such a bad lean - the rollers on the bottom of the fridge were broken in one corner so we put a book under it to hold it up. It was unfortunate that we had booked them into that unit because they had a 7 month baby and a 4 year old boy so their first two days were agonizing with no-one sleeping because of the heat in the room. We were there 8 nights and the AC in the living room never did blow cold air even though they said they had fixed it. I believe it was low on refrigerant. The other 3 units were in far better condition and we were satisfied with those units even though there were a-few issues. The staff were great and did their best to serve us. They extended our checkouts and the manager refunded us two nights for all the trouble.

No ability to cool down our condos even though they are advertised as air conditioned. A hotel would never keep the rooms at 78-82. We were hot every afternoon and night. Uncomfortable!
