The Otunna Guest House

We verbleven twee nachten in deze schone home stay. Het personeel is vriendelijk en kan je overal mee helpen. Ze hebben een mooie tuin en het ligt vlakbij allerlei restaurantjes.

Het duurde beide ochtenden wel erg lang tot we ons ontbijt kregen maar het smaakte goed. Reken daar 45+ minuten voor. Ze hielpen ons goed maar soms begrepen we ze niet helemaal. Let ook op dat het Queen size bedden zijn.

Our villa was spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent facilities. Dinesh and his family provided delicious breakfasts each morning at times that suited us. Dinesh was a fabulous host and happily spent time with us, making recommendations and sharing his knowledge of both the area and Sri Lanka more broadly.

The hosts are wonderful, lovely people who took good care about the guests. The Garden is a dream, the breakfast the best we had in SL. We wish to come back and we wish that this place stays like it is, Best wishes from Germany

Location a dir poco magnifica, sembra di essere immersi in una giungla in cui le stanze si incastonano perfettamente! La qualità e l'attenzione verso l'arredamento, il confort, i dettagli e il cliente stesso sono di livello superiore, davvero degni di un 5 stelle. La colazione preparata al momento è tradizionale, a km0, buonissima e veramente abbondante! La gestione è incredibilmente cortese, impeccabile e calda ma mai invadente. Si tratta di una gestione familiare dove Dinesh e i suoi cari ti fanno sentire un ospite oltremodo gradito.

Dinesh was a lovely host. Breakfast was amazing served by lovely family. Room was excellent with everything you need. Highly recommend.

Such an amazing place. Beautiful accommodation. Excellent location in Sigiriya with charming hosts that were incredibly helpful, esp Dinesh, with tips and ideas of how to plan our days and organised the necessary transport. Food was delicious and we especially appreciated the extended checkout which meant we had a room available to rest and refresh in until we went to the airport.

Eine kleine versteckte Perle direkt am Lions Rock - mitten im dicht bewachsenen Garten lag unser traumhaft schönes Zimmer. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren das Beste - können wir nur empfehlen. Die Mutti des Besitzers hat so wunderbar für uns gekocht. Alle waren so herzlich und liebevoll- Danke das wir zu Gast sein durften- wir können diese Unterkunft zu 100 % weiter empfehlen und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen 🤗🥰
