Was für ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt. Die Bungalows sind sehr schön ausgestattet und liegen in einem tollen Garten, der ein sehr angenehmes Klima und Ambiente schafft. Aber was diese Unterkunft wirklich außergewöhnlich macht, sind die unglaublich netten, hilfsbereiten und zuvorkommenden Gastgeber. Man fühlt sich wirklich wie Zuhause, da das Frühstück und Abendbrot (beides extrem lecker) von der Mama des Besitzers gekocht wird. Man merkt einfach an jeder Stelle, dass dies ein liebevoll geführtes familiäres Hotel ist. Dinesh hilft und unterstützt wirklich wo er kann und gibt tolle Tipps und Hinweise und hat uns z.B. eine grandiose Safari bei Sanju vermittelt - und dabei ist er absolut unaufdringlich. Man sollte auch unbedingt die wunderbaren Säfte probieren, wir liebten Passionsfrucht und Limette.

Dinesh was a really friendly host and helped us out with a lot of our travel around Sigiriya, setting us up with local guides. Other than that, hotel was in a great location with very clean rooms. Food was lovely too. Overall great value for money.

We had the most wonderful stay and felt truly welcomed from the very first moment. The hospitality was exceptional – we were received with such warmth and kindness that it immediately felt like home. The location itself is absolutely magical, nestled in a lush, almost enchanted jungle. Waking up surrounded by nature, greenery, and wildlife was an unforgettable experience. You can truly feel how much the host loves and respects this place. He deeply cares about protecting the environment, the animals, and the natural beauty around him – and that makes the stay even more special. Our host went above and beyond in every possible way. He informed us about everything we needed to know, gave us the best recommendations for activities, and always made sure we were safe, happy, and well taken care of. He organized tuk-tuks for us, helped us plan excursions, and even arranged a driver to take us to our next accommodation – which was incredibly helpful, as organizing transport locally can be quite challenging. The breakfast was absolutely phenomenal – truly one of the highlights of our stay. It was freshly prepared by his family and consisted of authentic Sri Lankan breakfast dishes. Everything was homemade, delicious, and prepared with so much love. This is not just a place to stay – it’s a place created and cared for with heart and soul. If you’re looking for an authentic, peaceful, and genuinely welcoming experience surrounded by nature, this is the perfect choice. We are deeply grateful and would return anytime.

Dinesh and family were amazing, you couldn’t ask for better hospitality! The hotel itself was amazing, luxury rooms but retained the jungle feel. Fantastic breakfast and lots of help booking Safari’s, activities and onwards travel.
