Está algo viejito el apartamento y necesita reformar

La ubicación, por supuesto. Está en un lugar privilegiado con una bonitas vistas al río y cerca de todo.

El apartamento necesita una mano de pintura YA. Tiene una humedades en el salón que se ven a simple vista y se nota que hace tiempo que no te pinta. Y la tele es muy pequeña y antigua.

Emplacement stratégique pour tout visiter à pied tout en étant dans le calme contrairement à l’hyper centre. A deux pas de très bons restaurants et du marché de Triana. Terrasse gros plus !

The patio and location

The rooms were not cleaned well, I notified them and they sent a cleaner who left the bucket and mop out in the front so I had to put it away. Yet after 2 cleanings I still found mouse droppings, a used Qtip and part of someones Vape pen on the floor. The refrigerator was not cleaned well and an old ice tray was in there with just old ice clumps in it, and was filled with ice. The bottom of the refrigerator was cracked and shelves were not cleaned well. The kitchen sink faucet was falling off and I reported it, but they never addressed it. I also asked about the missing curtains on the hallway window which allows the apartment above to look into the hallway, and that was never addressed or responded to. I also ended up killing about 2 dozen drain flies which are often a sign of unclean drains and areas. Even the sponge they left to clean the dishes was dirty. Finally the mattress is very worn out and lumpy and not very comfortable, certainly well beyond what you would expect.

De ligging naast de rivier was super. Vanop het gezellige terras rustig kunnen kijken naar de kajakkers en andere bootjes. We hielden ook van de buurt Triana. Alles makkelijk te voet te doen en toch ver genoeg verwijderd van het massatoerisme rond de kathedraal en alcazar.

Relax outside, afternoon shade. Close by shops, restaurants and bus. AC works good.

Bed was not as wide as listed (now updated.... It is 150 wide). Kitchen stuff dated.... Percolator for coffee has no flat bottom, bread knife not sharp. No kitchen towels.
