The place has a beautiful terrace and a nice view. Located a little removed from the tourist routes, and therefore relatively quiet. At the same time, it's easy to reach the central and all interesting places by walk or bus. There is a local market, mall and many nice restaurants and bars in the area. It is very convenient to get to the house. There is no need to wait for the keys to be handed over, it is enough to follow the simple instructions that the apartment owners give the day before arrive. Fast and friendly responses to questions. The apartment is spacious and at the same time cozy. There are needed things such as towels, shower gel, shampoo, and soap. Not a smart TV, but it is possible to connect HDMI. I was very pleased with the washing machine with washing capsules. In the kitchen, we find tea and coffee. We had a very good time, were satisfied with the communication and got a very good impression of the city.

It would be great to have oil and salt available for cooking.

The apartment is well placed in Triana with lots of good eating and drinking places available, as well as an excellent local market. The apartment was very clean and well equipped with the added benefit of air con, and the bed was comfortable. The terrace is superb as it overlooks the river and is in the shade later in the day so a lovely place to retreat to after a day of sightseeing. Highly recommended. 😊

amazing view from terrace over the river. loved watching people, boats, birds and bats! very responsive hosts when messaging to ask any thing. great spot easy to walk to anywhere, loads of food spots right on doorstep.

Although perhaps not the most important element of accommodation the ironing board was broken and we had intended to use this during our stay.
