Lots of space in the room, washing machine and bathroom doubling as drying room was a huge bonus. Comfortable beds, spacious bathroom with separate sink area, plenty of PowerPoints

Comfortable, clean, and welcoming. Not a huge amount of room, but that's typical for hotels in Japan.

Front desk not open 24 hours, which can be an issue if you leave early and return late. We had requested a room on a lower floor and were put at the top floor, this was incredibly inconvenient. There is no elevator, so it's very difficult to get suitcases up/down the stairs.
