Close to bus stop and kyoto shops. Nice and clean space. This is a nice and affordable option to stay in kyoto

Habitación bien equipada

We used Ben's as a base for our Japan stay for two weeks(multiple nights in other cities). It was a clean and tidy traditional style room. The location was at a quiet area of Kyoto, but was convenient for travel into the centre of Kyoto and the station. Plenty of shops and dining nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful and we would happily stay there again.

部屋の感じは良かったがエレベーターが無く四階の部屋だったのできつかった。 お風呂が湯船を溜めるとシャワーがすぐ水になったりした でも、また利用したいです。

The rooms are really big and comfy, they have all the amenities you need, the staff is super friendly and speak English
