The apartment is in a quiet location near Matera. Apartment interior is new and clean, fully equipped and have beautiful view. There is car parking. The host is friendly and enthusiastic.

The weather outside was very hot at that time. If they can plan some trees will make cooler. Nothing to comment about our stay.

It's a nice room with all the facilities. The owner is helpful and contacts u upfront to arrange a quick check-in. The location is great for a visit to Matera by car. The car can be parked within the locked gate.

The location is in an industrial area so the surrounding area is not really interesting.

Great place to explore Matera, and the surrounding area, by car. Very clean and nice, very good parking in side the gate, nice area outside to sit as well. Wonderful room, very clean. Comfortable huge bed.

Everything was superb.Very clean and comfortable apartment ,close to supermarket and just 10 min by car from the old town .Perfect location if you have a car as there is a parking lot for free.We definitely will come back again .

It was very clean

It did not feel cosy at all, more like student accommodation. It’s spacious but the space is not well planned. The bathroom is big, but the shower area is tiny. The private terrace outside is of no use, as there are no sun loungers or any view. Some kitchen utensils like cutting knives were missing. Overall, it was ok but would not stay there again.
