It was a good stay with the family, the pool was the best experience, the staff helped to change the room next day for better one.

The only thing we don't like that we payed additional electricity bill for 3 nights 1,128 Thai Baht.

Lovely apartment with a beautiful pool and gardens. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the whole complex was kept so clean. Walking distance to restaurants and bars but is far from main town, you would need transport. Surin beach 15 walk and is a beautiful beach

No clothes rack for drying clothes. The pool was very hot. Air con not fully working in main bedroom . Sometimes smell in back bathroom

The appartment is in a condominium complex with nice pool and a 5 minute walk from a good coffee place an the best thai food (riverside) in town. Staff were helpfull.

The appartment did not look like the photos. The living room did not have aircon, there was a constant bad smell in the appartment, the aircon in the bedrooms barely worked and there was no warm water (either cold or boiling) plus the bed was as hard as sleeping on the floor, no handsoap or towels in the kitchen. Overall we believe you can get much better value for money in Phuket.

Cleaning only once in a week. there was mold on some of the walls.

Very nice grounds, comfortable accommodation and 2 swimming pools.

Water pool, nature and gardens around the area and the spatious villa.

Cleanliness, location (distance from beaches and restaurants) and dark rooms.
