"Comfortable, good location but needs some simple renovation"

The staff were great and very helpful. Area was good. The apartment was a good size and comfortable. The TV with Netflix and YouTube was a great addition too.

The rooms were a little bit outdated and there was a smell of mould. Some water damage on the paint for both rooms. Floors Felt a little bit dirty.

Swimming pool area was very nice. The rooms were spacious and had a bathroom per bedroom.

No air conditioning in the lounge area. Extra charges for electricity - only place to do this on our entire 3 weeks trip around Thailand. Hot water was intermittent in one of the bathrooms. TV was not working very well as we kept losing the internet connection for Netflix. Cooking utensils are basic and limited, making it hard to cook a decent meal.

"Good place, horrible smell"

There was an horrendous smell in the apartment, we had to leave the place due to it.

"Lovely and value for money."

Location is good, quietly locating in a small ally but near to things you need. Good restaurants, coffee shops, beaches in walking distance.

The apartment is clean, but you smell something when stepping in the toilet. The bed is a bit hard.

Excellent location, very clean modern room, the cleanest and most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Bangkok.
