Staff was very friendly

Very spacious apartment. Great facilities - lovely gym, lap pool and resort pool. Comfortable beds. Washing machine very useful. Good attentive hosts (RESAVA). A few nice restaurants/beach clubs within a 10 minute walk.

Not on the beach but you can walk to Carpe Diem beach club or take a taxi to Catch Beach Club (both THB 1,500 per day). I am used to staying much closer to Laguna/Boat Avenue so ended up taking a taxi there and back each evening - 15 minutes / THB 400

The apartment was very well equiped and spotlessly clean. AC in bedrooms worked well - not so good in living rooms , but the ceiling fans kept everything cool enough

The pool area was beautifully kept and very clean but there was very little shade. It would be better if there were parasols set by the sun beds

Apartment was spacious , walking distance to all the lovely hotels bars as well as 7 eleven . Excellent location . Amazing customer service prompt replies and very friendly staff .

Firstly I am a woman travelling with my 3 kids so 1 adult 3 kids . The elctricity bill was extremely high 12 000 THB for 2 weeks and that is with us using it extremely wisely I only cooked twice as we were eating out and out most of the day ! There is no elevator and we were on the 3rd floor .I felt sorry for the neighbour's as I hauled our cases up the stairs ( no concierge) on arrival . The TV in the bedroom needs to be on a higher table or mounted on the wall as it's too low to lie in bed and watch a movie comfortably. Personally I would stay there again IF electricity is included in booking price . But until then I think staying at a resort would come to the same price or less for a 2 week stay .

Great pools, quiet place, spacious rooms, well equipped kitchen

The surrounding area is a bit odd. But still it's close to the Sea (recommend Surin beach, much better than Bangtao Beach)

We loved the apartment, and thought it was great value for money.

We like the location and accessibility to restaurants, massage/spas, hair/nails salons and the supermarket.

It didn’t have a lift. Even though we were on the 2nd floor, it was a struggle to carry our luggage up and down as well as heavy bottles of water from the supermarket. Beware also of the electricity charges! We used the ac in the master bedroom for 18 nights and a few times in the living room. Total was THB3848 which is equivalent to the charges in Europe. I find that to be rather exorbitant!

The staff were very friendly. The pool and gardens are gorgeous. Apartment is super spacious!

The location is remote. To get to the old town, Patong or the main harbour (For island hopping)- you must take a long taxi ride. Unfortunately, there was construction work being done on the nextdoor apartment when we were staying so we were woken up at 9 or 10am everyday and it was very noisy. It is a pity that the apartment is only cleaned once a week.
