The location was good and the room was pretty clean.

This hotel is way too expensive for the quality and service you get. It's about 50% more expensive than every hotel or guest house we stayed in throughout Uzbekistan and by far the worst place we stayed. The breakfast was not very good, and the shower was a joke--a bathtub without a shower curtain you stand in and can't help but get water all over the floor. The bed was hard and the room wasn't nicely decorated nor comfortable in any way. Plus, they charged us 100,000 UZS (about $8 US) for an early check in. They wanted 150,000, but I complained and they reduced it. We've checked in early in two other hotels in Uzbekistan and no one ever mentioned an extra charge. I think the owners are money-hungry and working off their old reputation. We stayed here the night before our Aral Sea trip and then in a private apartment in Nukus after our trip which was infinitely more comfortable, nicer and cheaper. Stay away from this place.

everything was fine. staff were amazing. room was clean and quiet. breakfast was fine and i think it was worth what i have paid.

just a bigger minibar could help the room to be even better.

Great service standard. Very close to the art museum. The hotel also provides tour options with fair prices. Recommended by lonely planet. Best choice in town.
