this hotel, was excellent, vety upscale and reasonably priced, if you need to take a break and need some comforts this is the place to stay, great AC rooms, nice facilities and excellent staff, convenient, bar restaurant on premise

Beautiful room in an actual ancient palace, with a helpful, accommodating staff. There was a great cafe on the ground floor; a private bath, air conditioning, an amazing view of an ancient church from my window. Easy walk through the charming town and a bus stop to nearby towns right across the road.

There wasn’t anything unlikeable about the property. Viana is a very small town, so there is little in the way of cultural events, but the people who live there are friendly enough and clearly enjoy their lives.

Beautiful location

Only a tub in the middle of room was odd, and no towel bars. There was a grinding noise that was very distracting the entire time we stayed in room 301.
