CdC Apartments by Casa do Conto

The location was excellent and the bonus was we were able to use the pool of the hotel near the appartment.The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

I had booked the appartment with a balcony, which we did not get. The girl at reception said we had been allocated one without a balcony. I would like this explained please as I definitely booked the appartment with a balcony.

There was a noisy sound which sounded like a pump continually going on and off or it may have been something else Spoke to the front desk and they said they would check into it

L'emplacement (pas loin du métro, centre de Porto accessible à pied en 10 à 15 minutes, pas loin du pingo doce), l'équipement (particulièrement complet pour la cuisine), la disponibilité du personnel de l'hôtel voisin qui gère rapidement les problèmes éventuels, le calme (apparte donnant sur jardins)...

Lots of space, centrally located in terms of sites to visit, staff at main hotel was courteous and helpful.

Apartment building and unit are older, even if quite comfortable. Strong smell of javel in entrance hallway, elevator door needs assistance to close properly. In the apartment, only body and hair gel, no body lotion and other such basic amenities. The hotel can do much better... Only one tea bag...
