God og behagelig kommunikation med værten. Rigtig god beliggenhed. Rigtig god pris, vi overnattede 5 personer, der var 3 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser.

Billigt, god beliggenhed og opbevaring af bagage intens vi var på trekkingtur. Washington var smilende, venlig og imødekommende.

Der var koldt i lejligheden hvilket jeg tænker er normalt i Cusco

Cancelaron la reserva estando habilitada en la pagina, y me hicieron caminar con maletas pesadas y bien agitado porque es bien complicado para el turista desplazarse, y con adultos mayores y un niño. Ya esta de parte de ustedes si toman el servicio con ellos

Les photos de l annonce ne correspondaient pas à la réalité. Logement sale, beaucoup de moisissures, froid, la douche une catastrophe, les draps étaient tachés comme les serviettes de bain, le propriétaire nous a fourni des radiateurs tellement vieux qu ils ne chauffaient pas.

Jonathan was super attentive and quick to reply to our requests. The location was walking distance to the main square, restaurants and laundry

It was a bit cold in the early morning

The beds were very comfortable. There were 2 bathrooms and a lounge with ample seating. After a few hiccups Jonathon got the hot showers working.

There wasn't breakfast

We were surprised when we arrived and were told cash only- not even Venmo or PayPal. We also were not given a receipt. We asked for a second set of keys since we were 3 couples who wouldn't be together always. Getting those took a lot of communicating with the host's son (the host was out of town) who was not able to communicated in English, and who did not come when he said he would, having us wait over an hour before he told us he wasn't able to make it at that time. They'd also agreed he would be there to let anyone in until we had a key, but he didn't answer the WhatsApp from my son, who had to get ahold of me, so that I could spend time messaging and calling him while my son and his wife were stranded outside. It was also FREEZING inside the apartment. There were small fan heaters in the bedrooms which were adequate, but nothing in the kitchen/sitting area. The floor was especially freezing.

The unit is not directly accessible by car. There is a path between the street and the housing complex with a length of approximately 20 m. This path is made of unlevel stones and sloping. Going into the unit from the street is okay because it is downhill, whereas going out of the unit to the street is uphill. Therefore, pushing suitcases through the unlevel stones going uphill was not an easy job for women. To make it worse, during our stay, the path was covered with dog shits in every few meters, on the left, right and even the midst.
