the room is sooo clean and checkin process is excellent. Antonella is really amazing host!

the mosquitoes ;)) i tried to save energy by open the window because i like it cold but soent all night slapping mosquitoes

The room was very clean, comfortable and equipped with all that is needed. The location was perfect, just two steps away from the tower of Pisa and close to a bus stop that arrives at the train station.

The phone number of the property doesn't work, and they respond to messages a bit too late.

In city centre. Good communication with host. Check-in online.

The nearness of the hotel to the center was a plus and I have to say, that was it. Room was big enough and clean.

Facilities were so scarce we couldn't believe it. Things that didn't function: during our entire stay which was in the winter, there was no hot/ warm water. So we showered every day with ice-cold water. The toilet flush didn't work well too and everytime we had to maneuver it. They didn't provide us with any glasses (which is the bare minimum),instead gave two paper cups which were not reusable. Upon complaining about the warm water, we didn't receive any prompt reply instead the invoice told us that we were apparently offered another stay nearby (which they sent a message about, on booking.com) and not on WhatsApp (through which they had been in contact with us). So obviously we didn't see that message. Who looks at booking.com messages during a holiday?! They need to work on the quality of their service big time before they host guests.
