we found it tricky to follow online entrance process due to difficulties connecting to internet. however, the hotel owner was very responsive and we found solutions quickly

Room very near to Pisa Tower and one of Main Street - when you open the window you can smell food and hear people - so nice! I really like that everything was online without keys. Very good contact with room service. Room very clean and everything looks very new, good price. If we were going to Pisa again sometime we will choose this room second time!
