Great place

The breakfast was great because I cooked it! While the hotel's location is very convenient, being close to the city center, stores and shopping malls, that's where the positives end.

The hotel itself is older and poorly maintained. The furniture, appliances, dishes, pots/pans and utensils appear to be original fixtures from when the hotel first opened. The attention to detail is lacking, with old and ripped towels, throw pillows coming apart at the seams, and a general sense of neglect.

NO me pude hospedar debido a que la habitacion estaba sobre vendidad me cambiaron a Casa del Arbol del mismo grupo de hecho el hotel esta igualito. Pesimo nunca hicieron la limpieza, no tuve internet ni tv de paga nunca funciono. La recepcionista muy amable pero no resuelve.

No wifi. No staff on site. It is very far from anything. Impossible to get help. I left a day early because the staff wasn't helpful. of course, they kept the money.

Really spacious and nice appartment! Nice view from the balcony! Leo was so friendly and helpful! The breakfast at the fat rabbit (restaurant next to it) was really nice too! - really friendly and helpful waiters and the best coffee! Leo is a perfect host, so helpful! We could park our rental car in the garage (we were a bit worried, as the entrance to it is steep, but it was really easy managable!). We really appreciated that we could park the car safely!
