It is a very nice building, but missing some very basic amenities. The mattress was incredibly uncomfortable. I gave the owners of feedback. Hopefully this will be taken care of before the next guest arrive.

Guy at desk went above and beyond to help us out. Needed help with car and he sent us to mechanic he knew. He even helped with translating for us. Just a good guy.

Good sized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment with 2 balconies in a quiet, nice residential area 10 minutes to downtown. Property Manager Leonardo spoke perfect English and was very friendly and helpful. Apt needs some updating but it was perfect for my sister and me. Please note that the kitchen is lacking a lot of items, ie. bowls for cereal or salad, salad/mixing bowls, can opener, toaster, food storage containers for leftovers . Pots and pans need to be replaced because they are in poor condition. Air conditioners worked perfectly and there was always plenty of hot water in both bathrooms. Living RoomTV only has 3 English stations and Netflix does not work. TV in bedroom only in Spanish. Small pool but nice to cool off and read during the afternoon. Taxi to downtown PDC only $8.00. Would stay there again.

Parking is tight. Amount of breakfast is too little. Not enough to be full. And only open at 8am , not early enough if need to leave early for some activities!

There is really nothing positive to note.

The photos make it look good, but it's actually horrible. Beds had fleas, I have video of them jumping on sheets and sent to the host. I reached out to host, absolutely no response. Couldn't ever reach them by phone or text on WhatsApp. They didn't return any messages either. Rooms smelled literally like sewage in both bathrooms. The couch smelled like vomit. Floors were sticky and beds springs were poking into us. We would have left except we arrived at 1130pm from a delayed flight so LITERALLY had nowhere to go aside from sleeping on the street. They left a key for our room in a lockbox so never saw anyone. By the way, the sliding patio doors don't lock so we were nervous of security. Don't be fooled by the other photos.

Onsite property manager put us in a room even though the Booking.com reservation had not come through yet. A/C in every room, comfortable beds and pillows, hot water. Easy access on the ground floor, and there is an elevator if needed. Quiet street. Kids like the shallow pool out front.

The stove has a propane tank under the counter. The burners needed to be lit manually, but no lighter was provided. I could hear the people in the unit above us, but they did not styles up late.

Manager Leo is the best representation of hospitality and the true Mexico. He is absolutely a fantastic host and shares all nice details to know about the area and Mexico. If something is broken, it gets fixed the same day. If somethings is needed, he makes sure we received it. A true professional in hospitality. We enjoyed our stay and we love Mexico.

Beware, if you are walking, the beach is quite far. The area is safe and quiet though.
