"disappointing"

the appartment is really not in good condition. the showers were not clean, the kitchen was all grassy. We planed to cook their but when we realized the kitchen status we didn’t.

We arrived at 3pm believing we would be able to check in, but had to wait an extra hour because our rooms weren’t ready. there was no apology and they didn’t seem to care - kept saying “5 more minutes”. after a long day of travelling we wanted to relax but had to settle with sitting out the front by the “pool”. the pool is more like a pond. out the front with a small bridge going over the top which reduces the useable space of it. there is no parking there. the parking lot is very steep, small and can barely fit cars. our car scrapped all underneath trying to get into it and would recommend parking on the street. there were some funky smells coming from the bathroom which didn’t help when you stayed. can understand why people book it for a longer stay as it seems to have everything, but is missing towels to dry up dishes and proper glasses. when we arrived we had to wash all crockery as it was not clean

"The apartment could look good"

Mister Leo was super friendly and helpful, and he speaks English. The apartment was big and it could look amazing if maintained a little bit.

The room was not clean. One of the 2 toilets wasn't working, there was a sewage smell in the bathrooms. No hot water. The drapes were molded. The bedsheets were not clean. The sofa was filthy. The pool was dirty. We stayed in room 5002.

"Best place to stay at Playa del Carmen"

Leo was the best person you could ask for to run a hotel! He goes out of his way for you and the place is amazing. There is no one better and I can’t wait to come back, come to playa de Carmen and stay at this resort you won’t regret it!! Definitely the highlight of our trip!

I loved everything about this property, it was close to the main part of Playa del Carmen but far enough away to be secluded. Leo was amazing, so welcoming
