el hotel está sumamente descuidado sucio las habitaciones son pequeñas no había televisión es decir no había señal no vimos al personal en ningún momento. El agua de las albercas estaba sumamente sucia de color gris y con basura del exterior no se ve personal de seguridad rondando el hotel la verdad nada recomendable

"La primera mala (muy mala) experiencia en trato al huesped en 30 años de visita a Acapulco."

Las habitaciones son cómodas, au aue falta mantenimiento en general.

El trato del encargado es pésimo; se molesta porque la reservación se haga por esta plataforma y no en el lugar; hasta sugiere la cancelación (obviamente ellos no la autorizan para que sea sin cargo al cliente); advierten que no hay servicio de t.v por falta de pago a izzi. En general, el personal es agresivo, grosero y maltratan al huesped; no respetan las condiciones de la reservación. Definitivamente no es un lugar recomendable y no regresaría. Nos cambiamos a otro y ahí si tienen un excelente servicio.

El hotel está bien ubicado el personal es atento la alberca es aceptable, agua sale tibia nunca caliente , el aire acondicionado fue bueno , para lo muy básico es aceptable,

La TV no funcionó , el agua está tibia a veces nunca calienta, las paredes y puertas están sucias no hay muebles donde colocar la ropa

Nada en lo absoluto

De entrada no había tv ni wi fi . Segundo la habitación tenía una fuga de agua en el baño al grado de hacerse un charco . Tercera la alberca estaba sucia Y la atención pésima Y cuarta las fotos del hotel nada que ver cuando uno llega ..esta en pésimas condiciones
