Que no hubo internet ni televisión y no cuentan con planta emergente de energía eléctrica, hubo una falla de energía eléctrica que tardo en restablecerse y a sufrir con el calor.

La ubicación del hotel, es centrica y cercana a varias playas conocidas de acapulco y centros turistiocos de acapulco. También esta cercano de varios lugares para comer y cercano de la Quebrada.

Todo estuvo bien, creo que podrían mejorar sus instalaciones en donde está la alberca, quiza cuidar la limpieza de la alberca, mejorar los camastros para que la gente disfrute más estar en la alberca del Hotel.
