Friendly staff available to help, laundry service, AC in room, comfy enough bed, water fountain.

Room was dirty - ants in the corner by the door and dirt in the bathroom on the floor. Stains/mould on the headboard. The WiFi was also quite slow and didn’t work very well for us. Could have done with more pillows on the bed as there were only two which were lumpy.

Good value for money, friendly staff

The staff are very friendly. Free coffee, tea and drinking water. Location is good.

We stayed for over a week and our room was not cleaned once. We were not told anything about asking for cleaning or when it would be done. The room is very dark and gets little light during the day.

For such an affordable price, the room, facilities, and service exceeded expectations. Everything was clean, peaceful, and felt just like coming home. The location was also ideal, with a supermarket, express laundry, and the city center all nearby.

I liked being greeted warmly with a smile and being spoken to politely and respectfully. Arto and Nugi went over and above to assist with arranging a taxi for a day tour and booking a train.

I didn't like that I couldn't stay longer.
