Vincci Consulado de Bilbao

We stayed here for 5 nights to explore Bilbao. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, giving us tips on how to get to various places. One of the tram lines goes right by the hotel but on a lower level and there's a lift outside the front of the hotel to take you down to the riverside walkway. The Guggenheim is a short walk away and makes the view from the terrace superb. The food in the Kondutxo restaurant was excellent as was the service there. We had a room overlooking the river. It was very quiet at this hotel and so clean. The manager in the restaurant Josevo (?) was always helpful and pleasant as were the lovely staff on reception and porters. Couldn't fault it.

Las vistas del alojamiento, la habitación daba a la ría. Nos aparcaron amablemente el coche. El garage está en el piso -5 y se accede con plataforma. La amabilidad de todo el personal, solicito y pendiente de las posibles necesidades. La terraza del desayuno con vistas a la ría y al Guggenheinson excepcionales. La llegada en coche fácil.

Los botes de jabón de la ducha están demasiado lejos de la salida del agua. El desayuno si bien está muy completo adolece de poco producto local. El café de cápsulas es pésimo.
