The staff was exceptional at check-in, even calling the room to let me know I had left a water bottle at reception and holding it for me at the desk. The location is excellent, right on the river and only steps away from The Guggenheim Museum and a short walk to Casco Viejo. The rooms are modern, spacious and clean. I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Bilbao.
