Easy to park, good restaurant, great staff and very clean and comfortable

Bed were comfy.bathroom very clean

We booked a family room for myself and my adult son..had ask them for a sheet and duvet for the sofa bed..only 2 tea bags and no sugar.

Good value accommodation and food, spacious twin room, friendly staff, pub atmosphere and character

Handwash dispensers were difficult to use

We booked for 2 children to stay with us and we’re not given any bedding for towels for my them and had to go and ask for it to be done. Also I paid extra when booking for breakfast (1 adult and 2 small children) and they still tried to charge me when ordering. This should be checked before taking the order of each customer. I was told I wouldn’t be able to have a full Monty breakfast as it was ‘too much’ however when we added up mine and my children’s breakfast we actually paid more online when booking than what we would have done on the day. I feel if this is an issue then a separate menu should be provided for those who have already prepaid even though they should be entitled to the whole menu if they are actually paying more through booking.

The location was ideal for an evening show at the Ipswich Regent

The TV in the room was troublesome. The adaptor to the ariel was broken and making poor contact affecting the signal.

Great for Ipswich Town FC but a little distance from town.
