Mermaid, Ipswich by Marston's Inns

Michael was a staff member the night i arrived. His professional approach was amazing. The room was the issue definitely won’t stay again. Michael however went that little bit extra.

Room dingy . Bed was two mattresses push together, uncomfortable, rationed tea facilities , every time you got up the floors would creak and thud .. all round disappointing.

Clean, tidy and spacious room, well equipped.

Very close to a very busy road junction and therefore a lot of road noise. Breakfast doesn't start until 7am, which is a little late when working.

Le calme des chambres séparées du pub restaurant. L'accueil du personnel et le restaurant où les plats étaient délicieux.

Au restaurant, l'obligation de commander et payer par téléphone. Manque de contact humain. Le manque d'explication au petit-déjeuner pour savoir à quoi on avait accès.
