This is my favorite hotel in Antigua, and I always stay here when I get a chance. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the grounds of the hotel are immaculate and still have the original charm of Antigua. Breakfast was great as always,

Everything was great for me, although this time I stayed in a lower level room, adjacent to the courtyard and close to reception. If you are sensitive to sound, this may not be the room for you. The hotel is not loud at all, but people have to pass by your room to enter. Also, for privacy, the window does also face the courtyard. These for me, are not negative things, but could be helpful for someone else.

Excelente ambientación colonial, linda decoración floral, personal muy amable, muy buen desayuno y siempre disponible hidratación y café.

En mi habitación no había aire acondicionado y debido al cambio climático hacía calor en las noches.

A lovely hotel situated in the heart of Antigua. It had lots of character, the rooms were charmingly appointed with antique furniture, and there were interesting items (a barber's chair, old trunks) and fresh flowers scattered around the common areas. Breakfast was also good.

There was no air-conditioning, which didn't really bother us, as there was a good fan in the room.

The most enchanting colonial boutique hotel that we have ever encountered, with a wonderful staff, homemade breakfast serving fresh coffee, tea, juice, flavored water and small bites for your enjoyment all day long. Fresh flowers, gorgeous tropical plants throughout and the best views of the volcano and Cerro de la Cruz. Very centrally located, within walking distance to all the action.

Emplacement idéal proche de tout. Magnifique endroit, la décoration est incroyable très soignée et de très bon goût. La chambre était très bien sans plus.

Ventilateur et non climatiseur (pour la chambre standard) après cela ne nous a pas dérangé car il ne faisait pas très chaud. Chambre un peu petite. Bien pour une nuit ou deux.

Muy amable todo el personal, las habitaciones cómodad, el desayuno excelente y la ubicación es inmejorable

Mi habitación no tenía ventilador, a veces hace algo de calor pero nada grave.
