Very centrally located. Spacious rooms. Decent breakfast and coffee included and evening coffee and teas available too. Friendly front desk guy. The Antigua’s gym is close by and so are a few yoga studios all the tour companies and restaurants and spas. They provide 2 bottles of drinking water and have a refill water station in the courtyard.

No air conditioning. Limited amenities, no lotion shampoo and conditioner. No wash cloth. Scratchy bedding and very used and uncomfortable beds.

Decent breakfast included. Coffee and drinking water provided. The location was the best part. Close to everything walkable. Location was best thing about this place, but there are so many options near by that are much better. I do not recommend. Especially after the extremely poor customer service from Silvia. Extremely disappointing.

The staff in particular, Silvia. I have never been treated so poorly. I never leave bad reviews but this experience has left a terrible taste in my mouth. I had the ability to make changes to my reservation, I emailed the hotel letting them know I’ll be needing to make changes, I wanted to do this while still within my cancel/change window. My messages went unanswered and my phone calls weren’t picked up. They ended up charging me for 2 full nights even though I only stayed one. When I asked for a discount it was extremely mishandled. She just started telling me I was lying basically, after I showed her my phone calls from my phone and pointing out my unanswered messages in their inbox. Beyond this, as I finally get my room, the TV doesn’t work and my room was located on top of the stairs. There is no curtain to block out the light from the stairwell all night so I stacked pillows to try and keep some light out and prevent people from seeing in my room and at 5am the skylight in the bathroom lights up the whole room. The beds are terrible and the sheets are old and scratchy. It’s barely a step above a hostel and for the price there are so many better options I found. I wish I hadn’t stayed here and don’t recommend this place to anyone. Also the music is bumping until about 10pm. Do Not Book unless you’re absolutely desperate. 1/10. There’s also no AC and the rooms get hot if you close your curtains for privacy you get zero airflow.
