Nile Castle

Nil nehri kıyısında efsane bir manzaraya sahip. Otel sahipleri çalışan arkadaşlar şimdi dostlarımız oldu . Hepsine çok teşekkür ediyorum. Otelde değilde kendi evimde kalıyormuş gibi rahattı .

Mohammed and his family made this the best holiday ever. The service was excellent especially Adam and Mustafa. They made me feel like I was part of the family. The hotel is newly refurbished and you can tell. The views are amazing. From my room on the top floor you can see the opposite bank and the Nile for miles. The gents organised all my excursions including the Valley of the Kings, Queens and Workers, Luxor and Karnak temple. My guide Hadji was highly knowledgeable, caring and funny. The felucca ride with Cpt Ahmed was amazing. So I took it out again the next day but this time at night. Will be going to Luxor again and will definitely be staying at the Nile Castle.

Un accueil chaleureux par le personnel, ils étaient tous au petit soin pour s’assurer que notre séjour soit agréable. La chambre vaste et climatisée avec vue sur le Nile est très appréciable. Je remercie particulièrement Adam, notre hôte, qui a été disponible et bienveillant tout au long de notre séjour.

Spacious room, very clean, great view over the Nile and towards Luxor temple. Large, comfortable bed. Got a free room upgrade because it was very quiet! Great value for money. Location is well-suited for tours on the west bank, and the public ferry to the city is a 5-minute walk away (or you can take a motorboat). Staff is very friendly and helpful in arranging tours and transfers, especially Adam was always available and willing to help. Breakfast was great, good variety (eggs, bread, fresh juice, yoghurt, rice pudding). Food in the restaurant was among the best I've had in my stay in Egypt!

Only a minor issue: the room had several gaps around the door and window, leading to bad insulation (room heats up quickly without AC on) and mosquitos were able to enter the room.
