Nile Castle

I stayed here with my husband (on our 10 year anniversary trip) for 6 days on the West Bank of Luxor, and it was such a wonderful experience. Mohamed and the staff were incredibly responsive, kind, welcoming and generous with their time. Every morning we enjoyed lovely breakfasts with fresh juice, eggs, toast, yogurt, and more. (On a day when we had an early tour, the staff came in early for us so we could have breakfast, and another day they made us a 'to go' box. Amazing service really.) They helped arrange an excellent tour and could accommodate just about anything we needed like hotel pickup, trips to the main sights, felucca rides, boat taxis, and more. The rooms have been newly renovated, and we especially loved spending quiet time relaxing on our balcony watching the boats drift down the Nile. What stood out most was the genuine warmth of Mohamed really (and his Scottish accent!). Even some of the local vendors we met while walking through the streets spoke highly of his kindness and reputation. We truly felt cared for during our stay and are already hoping to come back again next year, inshallah.

Service, hygiënisch, mensen en uitzicht zijn helemaal top!!!! En rustige straat ook. Leuke restaurants op die straat! Eigenaar erg behulpzaam ook. Beste hotel van heel Egypte.

美しい景色が見えるのでバルコニールームがおすすめです。 朝早くツアーに出なければいけなかったので朝ごはんをキャンセルする旨を伝えるとアダムがランチパックを作ってくれました。 外の騒がしい客引きに疲れ、ホテルに帰るともう出たくないくらいでした。 クーラーもしっかり効いていて、部屋もリノベーションしてあるようでとても綺麗で快適でした。

Super accueil fait par Adam. Très agréable, serviable, aux petits soins avec nous. L’ensemble du personnel également. Très bien situé, propre, confortable. Nous avons été surclassés sans rien demander. Nous retenons cette adresse si nous revenons.

La habitación era increiblemente grande, las camas muy cómodas. Si bien el centro está del otro lado del río, es MUY simple cruzar con los botes que te llevan y traen. Sinceramente le hospedaje es muy lindo y cómodo, volvería a este lugar.

Como la mayoría de los hospedajes en Egipto, no hay asensores. Nos tocó una habitación en el 4to piso (creo que es el último). Mas allá de esto, el hospedaje es realmente lindo, limpio, cómodo y bien ubicado.

I would give them 10 Stars.....Everything was amazing at the Nile Castle...we were looked after very well my kids also enjoyed it...from booking tours to food and all! Genuine people all of them! Thanks you so much for everything!

Excellent!!! Amazing people and services they provided and made our trip really joyful👍 ! The view is amazing! The hotel is very new and clean and even though we experienced the problem with the hot and cold water when we shower and they provides immediate solutions! Especially thank you Nasser who worked in the restaurant for his kindness and care.

We heard the escalator will be working after one day when we check in but it never works. I don't know when will it work but if you have knee problems I recommend you call the hotel before you book. The stairs are quite steep!
